The latter is the result of a close collaboration between Vincent, Marie-Pierre (founders of Maison Don Papé) and the restaurant's chef: Emmanuel. Think of this new menu as a culinary adventure, discovering new flavors of Italian-Mediterranean bistronomy. For this new menu, we have chosen to highlight the art of Ravioli. Our devotion to the art of homemade food is evident in every detail, from the making of the bread by the head baker*, to the daily preparation of the ravioli by chef Emmanuel and his team, to the creation of the pastries by the hands of pastry chefs Benjamin and Anthony*. All of our products are meticulously selected to ensure a quality culinary experience.
